Job Description:

The Research Clerk III researches, resolves and responds to Customer account inquiries from basic up to complex research requests.

Depth & Scope:
  • Researches, resolves and responds to complex Customer account inquiries
  • Traces, locates, and obtains copies of account data upon the request of Customers or bank personnel
  • Retrieves, researches, and distributes papers, data and documents as requested according to established policy and procedures
  • Contacts Customers and bank personnel to exchange, solicit or provide information as needed
  • Completes research requests from branches, departments, Customers, third-party vendors and/or other financial institutions according to departmental guidelines
  • Provides more complex training to staff
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years related experience required
