As a law clerk, you will perform a variety of tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting research, and analyzing cases. You will also help prepare draft opinions and examine legal documents like petitions, complaints, and affidavits.

Our office has over 20 divisions with different missions. The extent of each task will be determined by the division for which you are assigned. Please note that our Investigations Division does not have attorneys and is not open for clerkships.

You will work part-time at a starting rate of $26/hour for 1st-year law students, $28 for 2nd-year law students, and $30 for 3rd-year law students or recent graduates.
