Associate Attorney Wanted
With over thirty-five years of experience protecting the rights of New York's injured, Giuffré Law Offices, P.C. seeks to add an associate attorney to its growing team. We are a collegial, well-respected, family-friendly law firm in the Village of Stewart Manor (located between Garden City and Floral Park) in Western Nassau County.
The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of personal injury and medical malpractice experience and manage our inventory of Plaintiffs' cases. Experience must include review of medical records and case review, motions, and pleadings. Experience taking EBTs of defendant doctors is a big plus but not required. Must be detail-oriented and work independently in a team environment. The salary range is $130K to $170K, commensurate with experience. Medical; 401K; flex-time. This is an excellent opportunity for lateral candidates interested in joining a growing firm that offers a high degree of client service.
Candidate must have excellent writing and organizational skills; must be able to take and defend EBTs, draft and argue motions, assist with trial preparation, and second chair trials. Prior trial experience is not required.
