Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience within Accounts Payable
Plumbing/HVAC industry preferred
High School Diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proficient in QuickBooks
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on Customer Service.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions, while working as a team.
Must be able to work within a fast-paced environment and remain flexible in changing priority in daily tasks.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues that may arise while taking initiative and acting with a high level of sense of urgency.
