* Position is a member of the global team providing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Governance.
* This position will be as a member of the Software Asset Management (SAM) team providing SAM Governance and oversight.
* The position will assist with developing, maintaining and executing various asset management governance processes designed to mature the EAM program.
* This position requires both process and technical skills.
* As a member of the SAM team, incumbent will utilize their skills to achieve goals both independently and by participating on various EAM projects, Cyber Security, Operational and Application teams.
This role will be performing governance work, process work, and also utilizing hands-on desktop patching work. The team liaises with various app owners across the enterprise to ensure licenses are properly managed, patches are applied as needed, and work with end users on any issues.
- 3-5 years System Administration experience with industry certification preferred
- Experience creating and maintaining Enterprise-wide Asset Governance based on Enterprise and Industry standards.
- Knowledge of EAM dependencies between Asset Management processes and the foundational requirements of
- Cyber Security and Financial risk management.
- Experience with software lifecycle management including software patching/upgrading and managing vulnerabilities.
*Documented experience with the following tools:*
- ITSM and ITAM Application Experience (Required)
- Desktop/System Administrator (Required)
- Understanding of DNS,TCP/IP and Firewalls
- Experience with SCCM (Required)
- Excel; Expert Level (Required)
- Capable of creating complex SQL Queries (Required)
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
- 3+ years experience in this role
- NO degree required
- HS Diploma or GED required
