Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to join our team in Liverpool, NY. As a key member of our Enterprise Operations team, you will be responsible for providing IT support for our managed areas, ensuring that our IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform IT support for Lockheed Martin managed areas, including upgrades, operations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Ensure that all Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist users with resolving technical issues with applications, connectivity, and other IT-related issues.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation and security management, including system hardening, log management, and antivirus management.
  • Ensure that all Lockheed Martin assets and software are properly accounted for, managed, and controlled.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 6 months
  • Clearance - Secret level
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience with Backup software
  • Experience with Operating Systems life cycle management and configuration management
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Desired Skills:
  • Current Security+ or Linux certification
  • Current DoD Secret Clearance
  • Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Horizon, vSphere, vCenter, vCloud, vRealize, NSX, vSAN or VXRail)
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Network Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with Antivirus tools
  • Knowledge of Agile framework principles
  • Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
