Bilingual Technical Support Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking Bilingual Technical Support Representative for a seasonal Hybrid role in Kennesaw, GA. This temporary position involves providing technical assistance to external customers for assigned tax and accounting software products. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable with telephonic and electronic communication in both English and Spanish, and have previous experience in a customer support environment.

  • Location: Kennesaw, GA ( 2 days, in office)
  • Pay Rate: $22 per hour
  • Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for all system/software applications during customer interactions.
  • Become proficient with the trouble ticket system and maintain a minimal amount of open ticket backlog.
  • Immediately escalate issues when necessary.
  • Engage daily with team members and supervisors to deliver effective customer service with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform quality control testing of modified existing and/or new product lines, if assigned.
  • Assist team members with customer-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Level:
  • Minimum six months experience in Help Desk/Call Center, Support Desk, or Customer Support environment.
  • Minimum six months of direct customer interaction experience, including via phone.
  • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Computer literate, specifically with personal computers (PCs).
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish a must
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible and extended schedule to meet department and company objectives.
  • Consistent achievement of scores of 96 or above on monitored customer call evaluations.
