Job Summary Local Lexington SC Site Contractor is seeking a Grade Crew Foreman/Superintendent. The Grade Crew Foreman will be responsible for directing a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans. The work will be primarily in the Columbia/Lexington area. The grading crew will be performing grading of land, building pads, removal and placement of dirt, and other earthwork associated with a grade crew. This is a working foreman position, and the candidate should have experience in operating heavy equipment and possess supervisory experience. The Foreman/Superintendent will be responsible for the associated paperwork to report payroll and hours for the crew, as well as tracking and reporting on the work being performed and the job progress status. This is a salaried position based on a 45-50 hour week. This position includes a company vehicle; therefore, a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required. The majority of work is in the Columbia/Lexington area. Relocation assistance may be provided to qualified candidates.
