We are looking for a motivated, hardworking leader with a strong background in supervisory concrete work who wants to establish a long-term, reliable career with a growing company.The Concrete Forman will be responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining, training crews, and assisting with special projects as assigned. The types of work this position will be responsible for are the following, but not limited to, concrete footings, piers, walls, slabs, sidewalks, paving and curbs. Reading blueprints and survey stakes to obtain direction and elevations of concrete items required. Be able to safely operate equipment and beware of surrounding personnel and structures.
