Our client, a global leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards are met and maintained across all products and processes. Responsibilities:

Utilize statistical and problem-solving tools (8D, 5Y, Fishbone, etc.) to analyze and resolve quality issues.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to non-conformances.
Analyze SPC data to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
Create and maintain error-proofing/mistake-proofing methods in production cells.
Participate in APQP team activities, including IMDS submissions, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Charts.
Oversee the management and implementation of new processes related to new product launches.
Collaborate on plant continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Engage with customers and participate in quality reporting, management reviews, and meetings.
Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and quality assessments.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in process engineering.
Strong familiarity with lean manufacturing and process flow.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, negotiation, and written communication.
Professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams and external customers.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preference:

Automotive manufacturing experience is a significant plus.
Experience with ISO-16949 and ISO-9001 standards.
