Wellist is seeking a Resource Directory Specialist reporting into our Director, Directory Call Center Operations at our Nashville, Tennessee location. You will make life easier for employees, patients, and their families by providing access to valuable resources such as financial assistance, emotional support, transportation, and beyond.

You will work on a team to call community resources to confirm and record vendor information so that Wellist users have access to the most accurate and helpful information when they need support. This includes effectively delivering the scripting specific to each category and entering all information completely, without error.

What You Will Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to vendors to verify and update contact information, services offered, geographic coverage, and other relevant details.
  • Confirm vendor credentials and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Accurately document and update all vendor interactions and information in our database.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or incomplete data, following up as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on any patterns or issues observed during the verification process to support continuous improvement.
What You Bring to Wellist - Must Demonstrate
  • Strong communication skills, with a clear, professional phone presence.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or data verification role is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or similar database tools is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 60 WPM.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
