Essential Functions of the Position:

 Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including publishing and community management.
 Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all social media channels.
 Develop and source engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and video.
 Create content briefs and work with the creative team on graphic needs.
 Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
 Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms.
 Develop and manage a UGC plan
 Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
 3+ years of relevant social media experience
 Familiarity with social media publishing, analytics, and listening tools
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and video editing software such as CapCut.
 Experience and proficiency in a variety of content creation areas for both video and static
 Strong ability to write, edit and deliver a brand voice and tone including via captions and community management
 Experience with and a strong understanding of a variety of social media platforms
 Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
 Proactive and resourceful, highly organized with strong project management skills
 Strong commitment to maintaining industry best practices
