Join our team and provide essential administrative support to the Design and Engineering team and the Program Management Office. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.

*Duties:*
* Maintain a detailed project action plan by collecting deliverables from project managers and tracking task completion.
* Coordinate, collate, and communicate detailed information, possibly of a technical or statistical nature.
* Produce reports or analyses to meet quality standards, ensuring sign-off by appropriate parties.
* Reconcile figures or information from various sources and follow up on discrepancies.
* Coordinate different business areas involved in the project and ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and tables, and manage the project calendar.
* Prioritize workload and assist in tracking project changes and producing updated schedules.
* Maintain the information management system and meet deadlines for deliverables.
* Compile summary documents and distribute them to the project team as required.
* Assist project managers in gathering input to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

*Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:*
* High school qualification.
* Prior project coordination experience.
* Ability to determine project processes.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Specialist knowledge in project management/coordination and administration support activities.
* Competent in relevant office equipment and systems including MS Teams, Sharepoint Online, and Smartsheet.
* Experience with a variety of software/systems.
* Customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
