The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales office through a variety of related responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Assist New Home Consultants with administrative functions.

  • Coordinate plans and details for sales and broker events.

  • File, fax and copy printed materials.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Process and distribute mail and packages in a time manner.

  • Keep reception area neat and presentable.

  • Process purchase order forms and other forms for accounting.

  • Coordinate community events.

  • Maintain traffic and other sales reports for community.

  • Assist in preparing for Pre-construction, Pre-dry wall and celebration meetings.

  • Assist with Seibel trouble shooting.

  • Maintain model maintenance.

  • Set appointments.

  • Coordinate between JV greeters and NHCs for appointments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • College graduate with Marketing or other applicable degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in administrative position. Administrative experience in New Homes Sales preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year construction office experience preferred.

  • Advanced PC skills Microsoft Word and Excel.  

  • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.

  • Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.

  • Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner.

  • Team player.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
