Why you should apply to this great opportunity
  • Length – Long Term
  • Pay: 20/hr.
  • Schedule – Part Time 20 hours per week
  • Location – Rochester, NY – onsite role
 
What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:
  • Create Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Submit invoices for payment when needed.
  • Create receipts for 3-way match and resolve match exceptions.
  • Create change orders to increase a PO or make changes to a PO when needed.
  • Work with vendors to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain tracking of purchase order worksheets.

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:
  • High School degree or GED required.
  • 3 plus years of related experience highly preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Experience with SAP and Peoplesoft preferred.
  • Experience with OmniFlow preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
