*Charge Nurse* – PM shift, starting at $34.89/hour and increases with experience.

*Registered Nurse* – AM and PM shift available, starting at $30.69/hour and increases with experience.

Oakwood is an Intermediate Care Facility providing residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

*Sign-On Bonus:* $2,500

*Location:* 2441 South Highway 27, Somerset, KY 42501

*Must Haves:*

· Kentucky or Compact RN license

· BLS certification

· Charge RN requires Charge or Supervisory experience.
