At Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Charge (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of skilled professionals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity working nights, with a 12-hour shift and weekend requirements. You will have the opportunity to work in a 33-bed unit with a 5-6 patient ratio during the day and 6 nurses and 3 CNA's with the same ratio at night.

- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school

- Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with the ability to obtain within 90 days
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
