Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Charge to join our Medical Surgical team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements
  • Current state RN license or multistate compact license
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two or more years of recent RN experience, with one year of hospital staff nurse experience
  • Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
