All applicants must reside in the U.S. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between PFS, teaming partners, and government clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns Manage and track staff contractual requirements (attendance, timekeeping, invoicing, etc.) across a portfolio of programs; develop and implement mitigation plans when required Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Forecast and track key account metrics, presenting data through weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and appointments simultaneously Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 10 professional work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the temporary staffing field Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and great attention to detail Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Experience working with federal government clients, including the VA Experience in Healthcare staffing Understanding of government contract requirements All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
