With an opportunity to work on transformative projects in the global reinsurance space, the successful candidate will help lead and manage complex projects with a focus on optimizing outcomes for clients and colleagues.Lead and manage complex, large-scale projects, coordinating with various teams such as Broking, Analytics, IT, Finance and Operations. Ensure seamless integration and alignment of different project phases and components.Handle projects with a global scope, requiring effective coordination across different regions and time zones. Be adept at managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.Apply knowledge of the reinsurance industry to guide project direction and decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to inform project strategy.Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the global data strategy within the analytics function. Collaborate with analytics teams to optimize data usage and drive data-driven decision-making across global projects.Motivate multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure team members are clear on their roles, responsibilities, and objectives.Embrace Aon United by collaborating with colleagues outside of the reinsurance group where appropriate.Support management leadership and comply with Company policies and procedures. Candidates must lead by example.Maintain working relationships with all levels in the organization (peers, management, other departments, and offices) by having regular dialog with counterparts throughout the organization to exchange ideas.Skills and experience that will lead to successThe role is for an individual with a strong analytics and project management background.15+ years of experience in an analytics-centric environment, preferably in reinsuranceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a capability to work flexibly across different time zones.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be preferred.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fieldHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus, in addition to base salary.
