About Us:

We’re a growing real estate title company passionate about making property transactions hassle-free for our clients. Our team is all about delivering great service, and we’re looking for a go-getter Sales Representative / Business Developer to help us expand our reach.


What You’ll Do:


               •            Find and connect with potential clients like real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.

               •            Develop strategies to bring in new business and expand our client base.

               •            Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

               •            Stay updated on industry trends and new business opportunities.

               •            Lead meetings, presentations, and demos for prospective clients.

               •            Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

               •            Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

               •            Track sales activities and manage client info in the CRM.


What We’re Looking For:


               •            Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally in real estate or title services.

               •            Understanding of real estate transactions and title processes is a plus.

               •            Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

               •            Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

               •            Familiar with CRM software and basic office tools.

               

Nice to Have:


               •            Background in title services or real estate.

               •            Existing network within the industry.

               •            Knowledge of local market trends.


Compensation:


               •            Commission-based pay structure, with no cap on earnings.

               •            Performance bonuses for hitting sales targets.

               •            Opportunity to earn significant income based on your sales.
