Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, confirm orders, or gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up on customer feedback to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic.
