Overview: The Commercial HVAC Special Projects Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating specialized HVAC projects within commercial settings. Key Responsibilities:
* *Project scope:*
* Plan, organize, and execute commercial HVAC special projects from inception to completion.
* Develop timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
* Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources for project execution.
* *Leadership and Team Management:*
* Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities and objectives.
* Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong communications skills.
* Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence within the team.
* *Technical Expertise:*
* Demonstrate proficiency in commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
* Provide technical guidance to team members, troubleshooting complex issues and recommending solutions.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to commercial HVAC systems.
* Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that all work meets industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct quality inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to identify and address any deficiencies.
* Implement measures to optimize efficiency, reliability, and performance of HVAC systems.
* *Client Relations:*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering high-quality workmanship, meeting project objectives, and exceeding expectations.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and project profitability.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and project management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Pay is commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
