**Description**

**Position Summary:**

The Monster Street Team program is a market specific program for Monster Beverage Corp. The purpose of the team is to: Increase Merchandising support in All Measured Channels, Focus on Distribution, Space and points of interruption, Build and Strengthen route level relationships in Nielsen measured accounts, Execute Curb to Vault strategy for POS, Support Sales efforts with constant communication via app based tools and Communicate execution action items to the Monster Street Team Lead.

**Essential Job Functions:** Representatives will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

* Route level relationships with Store Managers on their specific route

* Merchandising Monster in the cold vault and in coolers

* Expanding cold space in all accounts where applicable

* Management and placement of POS materials both in and outside of accounts

* Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage Corp.

* Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule

* Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire

* Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers

* Respond in a timely manner to Monster Street Team Lead

**Requirements:**

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time

* May be required to travel when necessary

* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required

* Must have a clean driving record

* Must be 21 years of age or older

* Must own a vehicle

**Objectives/Scope:**

The Lead Assembler position is responsible for fast and reliable assembly, bottling and packaging of products including labeling, inventory management of components and materials.

Duties:

* Proficient understanding of preparing work to be accomplished by following assembly instructions, parts lists; gathering parts, tools, and materials.

* Verifies labels and packaging requirements.

* Resolves any issues with assembly or packaging instructions working with team members and supervisor.

* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; reporting needs for re-ordering of supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

* Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

* Documents actions by completing forms for supplies used as instructed by supervisor

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Assist with labeling, packaging and boxing goods preparing them for shipping.

* Understand hazards of products through company provided training and reading Safety Data Sheets and labels.

* Wear proper personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves and safety glasses) and follow all provided safety rules.

* Report safety concerns immediately to your supervisor.

* Follow all rules set forth in Polyteks Employee Policy Manual.

* All other duties as assigned.

**Physical Demands:**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

* Regularly required to hear, speak, read and write in English

* Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

* Requires the ability to repeatedly lift supplies, up to 50 pounds

* Ability to ascend/descend short flights of stairs

* Frequently lift 1-gallon pails (8 lb.)

* Bending, squatting, walking, and standing for full shift

* Talk, hear and vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

**Required Education and Experience:**

* High School Degree or GED Equivalency

* 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving preferred

* Forklift experience preferred but not required Operating a Forklift is a requirement of the job

* Basic computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn

* Ability to speak, read and write in English

* Proficient with simple math and problem solving skills

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team

* Self motivated, reliable and trustworthy
