Ltd.The Role:The role we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Head of SaaS Sales in Culinary Digital Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for our sales product sales, leading and growing our sales division, driving revenue, and encouraging client relationships. If you have a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership and a passion for driving business growth, we invite you to apply.What you'll do:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Lead and inspire a hard-working sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. This may include building relationships with external partners and customers.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Implement/improve effective sales processes, tools, and training programs to enhance team productivity and performance.Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.RequirementsStrong understanding of B2B dining services product market for both contract management operators and self-operators and relevant industry trends.Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving business growth.
