The Marketing Coordinator helps execute dynamic cross-channel digital marketing strategies that generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive new customer conversions. The ideal candidate is creative, highly motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing's work with agencies and technology partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising solutions that deliver outstanding performance

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with all departments including sales and operations. Preference for candidates within the EST or CST time zone. The role is HYBRID, with an expectation of reporting into the NY office 3-4 days out of the week, working from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in strategy, planning and coordination of strategic marketing initiatives with marketing and sales teams
  • Coordinates design, development, and production of sales and marketing collateral
  • Conceptualizes and drafts copy for email and social media marketing campaigns with specific brand voice and tone in mind
  • Helps develop and proof sales and marketing materials by working with graphic designers
  • Works with outside agencies and technology partners for marketing initiatives as needed
  • Coordinates vendor and partner projects, ensuring delivery and execution are on pace
  • Reports on campaign performance and delivery against plan and objectives as needed with Director and CEO
Required Education and Skills:
  • BS/BA degree; in Marketing, or Communication
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; SaaS product marketing preferred
  • Experience with copywriting for social media and email marketing purposes
  • Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skills
  • Basic marketing campaign strategy, planning, coordination and reporting experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Word, Outlook and Slack
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with design-related tools such as Canva and LucidChart
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Intercom, Customer.io
  • Google Analytics and Adwords experience a plus
  • Digital marketing experience in programmatic, social, and/or search experience
