Position Overview: As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the USA. Leveraging your expertise in trading risk management and complex SaaS solutions, you will engage with key stakeholders in the banking and capital markets sector to understand their needs, articulate the value of our solutions, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the banking and capital markets industry.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations, build strong relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles to secure new business opportunities.
  • Leverage your background in trading risk management to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions and address the unique challenges faced by our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions, deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our sales approach.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in Fintech SaaS sales roles (5+ years), with a background in trading risk management and selling complex SaaS solutions to banks and capital markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of trading risk management principles, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the banking and capital markets industry.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
