_*What You Will Do*_

We're looking for and dynamic and passionate BCBA to join our growing team. You'll help establish Lacuna in Tennessee, supporting best practices, building team culture, and pursuing superior services. You will:

· Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs

· Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts through mentorship and clinical guidance

· Have ultimate responsibility in the clinical programs of your region

· Act autonomously in high-level decision making impacting the operations of your region

· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)

· Develop and implement parent training and support programs

· Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs

· Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans

· Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements

_*What You Will Need*_

· Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field

· Valid BCBA Certification

· Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· A desire to pursue superior services

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
