_ What You Will Do _

We're looking for and dynamic and passionate BCBA to join our growing team. You'll help establish Lacuna in Tennessee, supporting best practices, building team culture, and pursuing superior services. You will:

Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs

Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts through mentorship and clinical guidance

Have ultimate responsibility in the clinical programs of your region

Act autonomously in high-level decision making impacting the operations of your region

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)

Develop and implement parent training and support programs

Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs

Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans

Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements

_ What You Will Need _

Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field

Valid BCBA Certification

Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired

Strong leadership skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

A desire to pursue superior services
