About the Role:

Prompt Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support to children.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to help children achieve their goals and improve their behavior.
  • Provide parent coaching and work collaboratively with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for children.
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, including ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp, is preferred.
  • Uncapped bonus for exceeding 26 billable hours.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • New BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Tennessee or eligible for LBA certification.
