Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director for Autism Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our clinical programs, developing and implementing parent training and support programs, and providing compassionate training, support, and mentorship to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
  • Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts through mentorship and clinical guidance
  • Have ultimate responsibility in the clinical programs of your region
  • Act autonomously in high-level decision making impacting the operations of your region
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs
  • Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
  • Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to pursue superior services
