As a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have a positive impact on the growth of this expanding healthcare company. You will provide virtual support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences. Your compassion, patience, and problem-solving skills will contribute to exceptional children and their families. This role will provide virtual support around Tennessee with a caseload of up to 12. The ideal candidate will reside in Tennessee and have a current BCBA certification.

  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues

  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Experience Needed:

  1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  2. Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  3. Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
