Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Branch Administrative Coordinator for a construction client in Savannah, GA. The Branch Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch office and supporting overall branch activities. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.
Set up contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Handle job closeouts, ensuring all tasks are finalized and documented appropriately
Process payroll for the branch
Conduct orientation for new hires, including processing paperwork, coordinating training, and providing necessary resources and information
Manage office equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
