*Responsibilities:*
* Site Leadership- clinical and operational
* Responsible for the management and oversight of all employees
* Organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines

* Recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinicians

A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to support the building of a new program and oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier clinic. Under the guidance of the UHS Corporate Outpatient Department, this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.

* Active TX Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT LCPC)
