Our Licensed Veterinary Technicians are a core part of the Treatment Team. They receive, handle, and treat patients both for Technician appointments and as a Treatment Team Technician. They are required to perform laboratory tests and dispense/administer medications and vaccines as prescribed. They are required to have regular attendance and timeliness as well as strong communication skills. Technicians are expected to perform general physical activities that require bending, standing, stooping, and moving from room to room. You may be required at times to walk or stand for long periods of time especially during surgery. Considerable tact and diplomacy are required with this position. The ability to work with clients and patients in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner are essential to this role. This position needs people who work well with all our employees to ensure that your actions support the hospital, the doctors, and the medicine that we practice.
\*Salary range $25.00-$30.00 per hour
All Creatures Animal Hospital is seeking a *full-time, experienced licensed veterinary technician to join our team*. Our hospital group loves our clients and their pets like family and also feels the same way about each other.

The ideal candidate would have experience with the following (with continued training available as needed):
* Maintaining complete medical records
* Providing compassionate, gentle care with patients
* Surgical monitoring and intubation
* IV catheter placement and venipuncture
* Dental prophylactics, dental radiographs, and extractions
* Filling prescriptions
* Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging in house (or a willingness to learn)
* Including but not limited to, manually running a urinalysis, looking at ear cytology's, making a blood smear slide, taking full body radiographs)
The ideal candidate would also focus on:

* Dentistry with full mouth digital radiographs and extractions if/as needed
