Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investment Sales Broker at Goodwin Advisors. The Investment Sales Broker will be responsible for business development, knowledge of their product type and covered markets, valuations, execution of marketing plans, and closings. Prefer senior professionals in the Vice President to Senior Partner range. Compensation is based upon successful closings of assignments.


Qualifications

  • Finance and brokerage expertise
  • Business development drive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the commercial real estate investment sales/finance or investment banking industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
