Job Title: Sr. Broker-Dealer

RedSwan CRE is seeking a seasoned Sr. Broker-Dealer to drive the sales of our alternative fund products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the investor community, extensive knowledge of alternative investments, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential investors for real estate and alternative investments.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored investment strategies to clients.
  • Offer digital real estate securities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and investment products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Focus: Extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate market.
  • Alternative Investment Experience: Proven track record in dealing with alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, and other non-traditional assets.
  • Series 7 License: Active Series 7 license is mandatory.
  • Digital Securities: Experience in offering digital securities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Series 24 and 63 Licenses: Holding active Series 24 and Series 63 licenses is highly desirable.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field: While not mandatory, a degree in a relevant field can be beneficial.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and financial statements to make informed investment decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the financial services or real estate sectors.
  • Client-Focused: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build and leverage a strong professional network.
Compensation:

This commission-based position offers competitive rates and opportunities for high earnings based on performance.
