Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new chemical manufacturing plant in the City of Liberty, Greater Houston Area. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Oversee daily construction activities, including site clearing, grading, and utility installation.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and architects to resolve design and construction issues.
Coordinate with utility providers for the installation of water, electricity, gas, and sewage systems.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all permits and approvals.

Budget and Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including financial updates.
Manage site logistics, including the allocation of equipment and personnel.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including site logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Archive all project documentation upon completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction management, particularly with industrial or chemical plant projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
