Business Development Manager

At Experis, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in a professional services firm or a similar industry
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Ability to leverage network and build relationships to drive business growth
