Pay Rate: $20 - $23/HR based on experience

 

OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing unique or complex transactions that fall outside our automated processes. This role requires an established and productive professional who excels in processing customer transactions, as well as updating, correcting, or altering transactions as needed. The primary focus is on providing data entry and transactional support for business actions that require a human touch. You'll address platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with our service level agreements (SLAs).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain data integrity across all transactions.
  • Optimize business processes for improved efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation within workflows.
  • Generate data quality reports and metrics, offering valuable insights.
  • Provide general support to the team as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of effective communication techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player who can analyze data to derive meaningful insights and trends.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Open to candidates who prefer 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
TRAINING:
  • Initial 30–60 days on-site, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 remote).
ASSIGNMENT DURATION:
  • 9 months or more with the opportunity for full-time hire, emphasizing successful transition into permanent roles.
ADDITIONAL ROLE INSIGHT:

This is a very transactional position with minimal interaction with other departments. The primary function is to assist in processing transactions that the automated system is unable to complete. The company plans to enhance its automated system to handle these transactions within 10-12 months. Successful candidates may transition into full-time roles in sales or development.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel.
  • Experience in Power BI or Zendesk is a plus, but not required.
