Aquatic Control Inc. is a premier organization specializing in the management of lakes and ponds, with its headquarters located in Seymour, Indiana, and several satellite offices throughout the area. We are currently expanding our operations and are in search of committed Lake and Pond Technicians for various locations.

Position Overview:

  • Utilize EPA-approved aquatic herbicides and algaecides for effective water management
  • Install and service aeration systems, fountains, and compressed air units
  • Conduct thorough surveys of aquatic vegetation
  • Assist in the development of vegetation management strategies
  • Engage in fish population assessments
  • Prepare and manage fish survey documentation
  • Oversee data entry responsibilities
  • Maintain vehicles, boats, equipment, and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
  • Comfortable operating truck and boat trailer combinations
  • Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with outboard motors is advantageous
  • Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors
  • Willingness to work 50-60 hours per week
  • Capability to lift and carry objects weighing over 50 lbs
