We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals in State College, PA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and assisting in the development strategic relationships with partners or prospective clients. The Business Development Manager will also engage with the community and business industry, attending various functions, tradeshows, and networking events. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Procuring new client and partner relationships
  • Managing existing client relationships, ensures top-notch client satisfaction.
  • Identifying, developing, and fostering new relationships.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and existing client needs.
  • Actively promoting HRG service offerings by participating in tradeshows, conference, and association events.
  • Actively engage in professional organizations related to the AEC industry.
  • Identifying and attending industry-related community events (e.g., groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or an AEC related field
  • 7+ years of experience in managing marketing, sales, and business development initiatives preferable within the AEC industry.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, implement business development strategies and attain goals.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office365 and Adobe Suite required.
  • Prior experience with Deltek VantagePoint helpful.
  • Ability to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Thus a valid driver's license is required).
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
