It is a rare chance to join a company trusted by category-leading brands at the moment demand is accelerating.About The RoleAs a Senior Account Executive in Emerging Markets at Perry Weather, you will drive growth by helping customers understand their weather exposure and adopt tools that improve safety, readiness, and operational continuity. You will work closely with GTM, product, and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities, strengthen discovery, and help shape products that deliver real impact across airports, stadiums, manufacturing facilities, and other high-stakes environments.What you will doOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Marketing support will be strong (accounts for 50%+ of new business)Develop strategic account plans that focus on high-risk, high-value facilities where weather events disrupt operations or increase liabilityVisit facilities often to build rapport with operations leaders, safety teams, and decision makers responsible for readiness and continuityBuild strong relationships with regional and national leaders across key verticalsManage a pipeline of new business while expanding relationships within existing accountsRepresent Perry Weather at industry events, conferences, and association meetingsCollaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and with product teams to bring field insights into roadmap decisionsRequirements3+ years of experience selling into complex operational environments such as airports, manufacturing, logistics, sports, higher education, or public sectorA track record of winning net new business with multi-stakeholder, operationally focused buyersExperience working with safety, operations, or emergency management teamsStrong account planning, pipeline management, and deal strategy skillsHigh personal accountability and confidence leading conversations with senior-level decision makersBenefitsCasual work environment.
