Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Float Nurse to join our compassionate team. This role is essential in delivering continuous care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being around the clock.
Scheduled Hours:
Fixed shifts are as follows:
- Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 PM to 8 PM.
On-Call Shifts:
- Every other Thursday and Friday from 5 AM to 12 PM.
- Every other Thursday and Friday from 6 PM to 5 AM.
In total, this position encompasses 24 scheduled hours within a two-week period, with a weekly bonus of $250 for adhering to this schedule, amounting to $500 per pay period.
Compensation Structure:
This role does not include traditional benefits; however, it offers a $3 per hour differential in lieu of benefits, alongside an additional $3 per hour differential for weekend shifts.

- Leadership with extensive experience: Our Administrator has over 16 years, and our Director of Nursing has over 17 years at our facility.
