KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage customers at a technical level to help the sales team win deals and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales and customer teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase our capabilities.
  • Address customer queries and concerns, providing technical assurance and building credibility.
  • Develop and implement pre-sales strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Assist in crafting compelling proposals 
  • Demonstrate leadership both on the sales team and within the company in general
  • Design and architect solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company’s offerings.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and can be delivered within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are competitive and cutting-edge.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of previous development experience.
  • 5+ years of Experience as a Technical Sales Engineer.
  • Experience with participation in AI projects.
  • Experience with technical RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Certifications in Cloud platforms is a big plus.3-5+ years of successful quota carrying sales experience in SaaS
  • Creativity and technical expertise in developing proposals and solutions across a wide range of platforms.
  • Comprehensive combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design innovative solutions that meet diverse client needs and drive business success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, enabling the identification and resolution of challenges quickly and efficiently.
