Animal Medical Clinic of Peachtree City, a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team

Starting Pay: $16 / hour

Schedule: 38-40 hours weekly

Shift Times: Mondays - Fridays 7a-6p and Saturdays 8a-5p

The ideal candidate:
  • Exhibits exemplary customer service and communication skills
  • Possesses basic veterinary knowledge
  • Computer savvy
  • Works well on a team, is dependable, and self-motivated
  • Flexible schedule. Available to work long hours and Saturdays
Duties include:
  • Function within a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Able to educate clients or forward questions when appropriate
  • Schedule appointments/surgeries and process financial transactions
  • Operate multi-line phone system, perform clerical duties, etc.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians
