Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Location: Springfield, OH (Onsite)

Role Responsibilities:
• Follows standard procedural guidelines for logging, processing checks and documents, handling CLEAR queues, and managing inbound/outbound calls with insurance carriers.
• Provides assistance and backup as needed to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assumes additional duties and projects based on business needs.

Must-haves:
• Works under immediate supervision, initially handling basic tasks in a multi-client and multi-functional environment, while more experienced associates tackle more complex duties.
• Researches items received via faxes, reports, correspondence, and refund/return checks, and makes necessary phone calls to resolve issues.
• Follows client standard policies and procedures and works efficiently in client and company proprietary applications.
• Completes assignments directed by management, which may have short notice and indefinite durations, while demonstrating solid technical knowledge and meeting behavioral expectations.
