Pay Rate: $16/hour 

Location: Springfield, Ohio 

Onsite 

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Adhere to standard procedural guidelines for all assigned tasks. 

  • Perform key responsibilities including logging and processing checks, handling documents, managing CLEAR queues, and facilitating communication with insurance carriers through both outbound and inbound calls. 

  • Provide support and backup as necessary to meet client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

  • Undertake additional duties or projects as required based on business needs. 

  • Operate under immediate supervision, with an initial focus on basic and routine tasks. As experience grows, tasks may increase in complexity and become less routine. 

  • Work within a multi-client or multi-functional environment, handling various tasks and responsibilities. 

  • Research and resolve issues related to items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks. 

  • Follow client-specific policies and procedures meticulously. 

  • Complete assignments with short notice and adapt to varying durations as directed by management. 

  • Utilize client and company proprietary applications efficiently. 

  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and maintain high-quality performance standards. 

  • Exhibit reliability in attendance, teamwork, and contribute positively to organizational goals. 

 

Must-haves 

  • Proven ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines. 

  • Experience in processing financial documents and handling client communication. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Proficiency in relevant software and applications. 

  • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills. 

  • This position requires working under direct supervision in a dynamic and evolving environment. 

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks with varying levels of complexity.
