Business Process Specialist

Addx Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Specialist to provide comprehensive requirements support for various applications and epics/user stories. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, planning, scheduling, and communicating with stakeholders and users to ensure controlled deployment to production environments. This role involves documenting all knowledge and activities within DI2E JIRA and Confluence, or similar capabilities, and ensuring transparent tracking of requirements with accurate status changes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for specific applications and epics/user stories, ensuring thorough planning, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders and users.
- Document all knowledge and activities within DI2E JIRA and Confluence, or similar capability, instantiations for this project.
- Develop and design SharePoint 365 solutions to meet project requirements.
- Keep track of changes in requirements and foster communication with stakeholders from the start of a project throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop documentation describing component build, installation, and configuration.
- Document requirements including submission, validation, evaluation, and determination.
- Ensure that System Requirements Evaluation Team (SRET) recommendations are appropriately communicated to DCSA Leadership.
- Submit proposed suggestions and solutions to the SRET.
- Solicit feedback from the requirement management team and communicate justifications provided by the SRET.
- Provide transparent tracking of requirements with accurate status changes.
- Maintain the systems requirements tool for centralized and automated means of gathering formal suggestions for system improvements or new features.
- Maintain reporting and documentation throughout the Requirements Submission and Review lifecycle; track and report on the final status of all submissions.
- Provide program management and continuous service support to partners internally and externally to bring cutting-edge systems, technologies, and strategies to support and defend national security and gain an industrial advantage.
- Provide technical (Data Science, Analytical & Strategic) and program management support services to advance the agency's mission by ensuring efficient operation of the DCSA offices.
- Provide program management, program/project management support, program integration support, requirements support, technical (Data Science Analytical & Strategic) support, and testing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis or requirements management, preferably within a DoD or federal government environment.
- Strong knowledge and functional capability to operate Microsoft Office Products, SharePoint 365, DI2E JIRA, Confluence, and other task management systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop detailed documentation describing component build, installation, and configuration.
- Experience in gathering, validating, and evaluating requirements.
- Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance with federal regulations.
