Job Title: Data Analyst and Business Insights Specialist

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis and Visualization Consultant to join our team at IQUASAR LLC. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work independently, collaborating closely with a mixed matrix team.

About You
We're looking for a creative thinker with a proven track record of expertise in data analysis and visualization. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to collect, clean, analyze, visualize, and report data across multiple platforms, conveying meaningful metrics and information that drive business decisions and organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Data Analysis and Visualization Consultant will include:
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and discussion points using Tableau and Excel to convey information.
  • Providing expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting performance.
  • Working across organizational teams to develop and run queries, reports, and scripts using data to inform decision-making by leadership.
  • Briefing senior leadership on data visualization findings and recommendations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • An active TS or TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.
  • A bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, information systems, computer science, data science, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Tableau and Excel to develop and maintain dashboards and discussion points that convey information.
  • Experience providing expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting performance.
  • Proficiency in Kirkpatrick evaluation model, survey design, and statistical software packages (SPSS, Tableau) to develop and execute comprehensive performance measurement for course offerings.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
